Our appartments are situated situated in historic Prague quarter "Zizkov" from the end of 19th century with very good accessibility to centre of Prague.
The Prague quarter Zizkov is famous for its stylish pubs, bars, nightclubs and pitoresquie little hilly streets. There is specific \'genius loci\'typical for this Prague quarter.
There are many parks with beautiful views over the city.
Most of the Zizkov houses are more than 100 years old and they have original decoration facades in secession or renesantion architecture style.

Parks in the Zizkov:
Park "Vitkov" is the nearest park around the memorial "Vítkov". It is the greatest green space in the centre of Prague. is the Zizkov highest point, aproximately 1000 feet above sea level. There is beautiful view over the city. Some photos
Park "Parukarka". It is friendly green space in Zizkov. It is a place for meeting young people and many concerts or festivals. Some photos
Park "Rajska zahrada". This is very luxurious park nearby with many kinds of flowers and many games oportunities for children and adults. Some photos
Park "Riegerovy sady". This is classic city park with marvelous view to Prague. There are some comfortable restaurants and big summer pub down big trees. Some photos
Periodical events:
During the autumn is the festival "Nekonvenční žižkovský podzim" organized. It is action for fans of classic Music and it means many concerts in the churches and local castles. Ocassionaly it starts 20th.October and finishes 24th November.
Every February takes place authentic carnival or Zizkov as a fest of end the winter. People are celebrating in streets in fancy dresses. This action is accompanied by various art performances
Every Wednesday and Saturday it is possible to visit the Farmer's Markets on Jiriho square. There is possible to buy fresh vegetables and fruits from czech peasants.

It is possible to go by foot to "Main station" (Wilson's station), cca 500m. Distance to Vencelsas square is cca 1,5km
One tram stop to "Main station" (Wilson's station). Trams 5,9,26. Two or three tram stops to "Vencelslas square" Tram no 9. Name of local station is "Husinecka"
One bus stop to undergroud station named "Florenc" circuits "B" and "C" Bus 133, 207. Three stops by bus is "Oldtown square" and station of Underground named "Staromestska" circuit "A", Bus 207. Name of local station is "U Pamatniku"
The nearest airport is Prague-Ruzyň. It is approximately 20km from here and 1 hour by car in common traffic day
